Debrief.

After The Drum Café experience, it is often necessary and always advantageous to allow the delegates the opportunity and space to express themselves in the more conventional manner of group discussion.  

This debrief is facilitated by The Drum Café’s program facilitator, who specializes in mapping the experience from the very first Drum Call to the last beat of the program back to the work environment.  The Drum Café experience is an extremely ‘intelligent’ program whose metaphors are rich in context as they relate to the workplace.  

This facilitated debrief is an opportunity for each/any of the delegates to share what they learned from the experience ~ not only about themselves but how they can translate it to practical application in the workplace.  

Often described as the ‘cherry on top’, this adjunct module of a Drum Café visit wraps up the experience in an encompassing manner and insures that the energy and dynamic created with the drums is captured and kept at the surface for the duration of the client meeting, providing for richer conversations and more productive dialogue among the team members.
